This extremely stable machine which does not need to be fixed down is designed to sort oysters or other shellfish on an optimised grate surface.

OPERATION:
- Sorting of oysters or other shellfish through
different consecutive gratings using an
eccentric mechanism - Release chute at the end of each
grating to transfer the oysters to belts, bags or
waste containers - Features 1/2/3 or 4 gratings, which can be
easily interchanged from above - Grating locking without any tools
- Washing tunnel (optional)
- Rubber gratings (optional).
MAINTENANCE:
- The machine is robust and made
entirely from stainless steel - Rinse in fresh water.
