Timed Packaging Chain

This line is used to package oysters at a preset rate

FEATURES :

  • 6 to 12 stations as standard (can be adapted on request)

OUTPUT :

  • Depends on the type of packing
  • Reference: approx. 100 kg/hour/packager

OPERATION :

  • The oysters are fed onto the main conveyor belt via a washing machine

  • The first person places the boxes on the conveyor belt to move it forwards

  • Each person places a number of oysters in the box to ensure that the box is full at the end of the line

MAINTENANCE :

  • Rinsing
  • The various bearings should be greased regularly

TECHNICAL FEATURES :

  • Power supply: 380V + N + E
  • Power: 1.5 kW (to be confirmed after each installation)

SIZE :

Depends on the number of stations and the layout

Reference: washing machine + packaging table + buffer conveyor, for 2 x 6 people
