Packaging Chain with feeding in Manna
This line is used to package oysters into pre-washed manna
FEATURES :
- 2 to 5 stations as standard on one line. You can package different grades at the same time.
OUTPUT :
- Depends on the type of packing.
- Reference : approx. 80 kg/hour/packager
OPERATION :
- Oysters are fed onto the upper conveyor by one person.
- Each packager has a manna on a support in front of him.
- Each basket is prepared on a stainless steel table.
- The basket is then pushed on the lower conveyor to be weighed.
MAINTENANCE :
- Rinsing
- The various bearings should be greased regularly
