Fed by our CLA800 or CLA1500 cutting/washing machine for white or green asparagus.
Options: Roller conveyor for full crates, storage shelf for empty crates.
FEATURES :
- This machine can sort asparagus into 3, 4 or 5 diameters depending on the chosen model.
The asparagus is always measured at the same point to ensure consistent sorting.
OUTPUT :
- 18,000 asp/hour on a single line Number of operators: 2 to 5
- 36,000 asp/hour on a single line Number of operators: 4 to 7
OPERATION :
- Fed by our CLA cutting/washing machine.
- The asparagus is fed in on a cleated conveyor belt synchronised with the size grader.
- Grading is carried out according to the diameter set by the operator.
- The asparagus is collected on strategically positioned
0.30 m conveyor belts. - The operator is left with the simple task of putting it into crates.
MAINTENANCE :
- The machine is made entirely from stainless steel.
- Low maintenance: simply grease the bearings.
- Clean water wash.
