This machine is designed to package shellfish into pouches or bags according to a specific predefined weight.

- This machine transfers shellfish into pouches/baskets/mesh bags according to a set weight.
OUTPUT :
- Weighing accuracy: +/- 20 g (depending on the speed of the belt and the transition from high speed to low speed).
OPERATION :
- Fed from a sorting belt (optional) into a hopper (square or triangular).
- Weighing and bagging oysters or other shellfish. The oysters are raised on a cleated or honeycomb conveyor belt, equipped with an electronic speed control with potentiometer, and are collected in a manual tipping bucket, and then emptied, when the desired weight has been reached, into a pocket or basket. The belt transitions from a high speed to a low speed and then stops when the pre-programmed value has been reached.
MAINTENANCE :
- The machine is robust and made entirely from stainless steel.
- PVC cleated belt with stainless steel staples.
