Designed to sort oysters and other shellfish, this extremely stable machine does not need to be fixed down.

- The stainless steel gratings are all interchangeable for unparalleled sorting.
OUTPUT :
- The rate can be adapted to suit any type of shellfish thanks to the electronic speed control.
OPERATION :
- Oysters and other shellfish are sorted through different layered gratings using an eccentric mechanism.
- There is a release chute at the end of each grating to transfer the oysters to belts, pouches or waste containers.
- This model features 2/3 or 4 gratings, which can be easily interchanged from above.
