Détroc'Tubes Tube Stripping Machine

This machine is designed to strip and gather oysters from the collection tubes.

FEATURES :

  • Strips oysters from the collection tubes placed in the sea.

OUTPOUT :

  • The cadence depends on the bulk of spat on each tube
  • Around 360 tubes/hour

OPERATION :

  • Each tube is inserted into a hole equipped with a stripping blade.
  • The rotation speed is the blade is adjustable.
  • The rotation can be stopped using a pedal to allow the operator to insert a new tube.
  • The tube feed rate is also adjustable.
  • The oysters are transferred directly into baskets.

MAINTENANCE :

  • The housing is hinged for easy maintenance.
  • The blades can be changed by unscrewing the endless screw.

  • The tube feed rate and blade rotation are equipped with electronic speed controls
